DELIVERY

Our standard delivery timescale is 3-5 business working days for orders within the United States. Orders to Canada may take 5-10 business days depending on destination. These timescales are based on items that are in stock at the time of purchase. If a standard delivery order is placed over the weekend, the earliest it will ship is Monday.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders will be sent via DHL Express. Delivery timescales will vary, depending on the destination of the order, but will normally take 2-4 business days. This timescale is based on items that are in stock at the time of purchase.

Please Note: There may be small variations between the value of your confirmed foreign currency order and the amount you are finally charged by your card provider. This is due to possible exchange rate fluctuations between two separate service providers.

Certain countries may encounter Customs charges, these are dictated by the particular country and as such we have no control over what they may be.  Please speak to your country’s tax office prior to placing an order if you wish to know if additional charges will occur.

RETURNS

We hope you enjoy your MaeLort & Co product, but we understand you may need a refund or exchange.  All refund and exchange requests must be emailed to info@maelort.com within 30-days of initial delivery. A client advisor will then correspond with you to ensure your complete satisfaction. We will only accept returns or exchanges if they are in their original condition.
